It was a difficult situation…we were closing out an estate, away from home, and feverishly cleaning out the house while still working our day jobs. It was of specific importance that we be able to have help with all the final preparations for selling, getting the best price possible in a sinking market, and a 30-day sale. They didn’t even BLINK. A quick competitive market survey helped us home in on the final price. We received an offer in a day, had help with counteroffer, were under contract within 72 hours, and got our desired 30-day sale. Communication was frequent and to the point, so there was never any ambiguity where we were in the process. All the last-minute details (cleaning, emergency furnace repair) were taken care of for us after we had left for home. We were fortunate to get our full asking price in the short timeline we specified in an adverse market, but “Fortune favors the preparedâ€. I cannot imagine how we could have done better and we were fortunate to have a talented, aggressive, and personable real estate agent to thank. We HIGHLY recommend this team!
Aria and Shane were great throughout the process, they were honest and real with me.
